Robert Bloxam is the Co-Founder and President of Benefits Consulting Services. He holds Business Administration degrees from both Columbus State University and Wright State University. Robert is a person with a disability, living with cerebral palsy, and is a quadriplegic wheelchair user. His personal journey navigating disability, employment, and financial systems inspired him to create Benefits Consulting Services to help others with disabilities achieve their own employment and financial goals. Through a career built on resilience and determination, he has demonstrated that ability transcends limitations, bringing valuable lived experience to his professional mission.

 

Robert’s diverse work history spans roles with some of the world’s most recognized organizations, including The Walt Disney Company, Walmart, and Major League Baseball. His experience has not only equipped him with a wealth of knowledge but has also fueled his advocacy for disability rights in the workplace. He is dedicated to inspiring others by demonstrating that with the right support and determination, anyone can achieve their professional goals, regardless of their circumstances. As he continues his career, he aims to empower individuals with disabilities and promote inclusive practices in all areas of employment.

Nikki D'Agostino is the Co-Founder and Vice President of Benefits Consulting Services. A Cornell University Certified Work Incentive Practitioner, Nikki brings more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit management, disability employment services, mental health counseling, and benefits planning. She earned her degree in Clinical Neuropsychology from Suffolk University and has dedicated her career to helping individuals with disabilities better understand their benefits, advance their employment opportunities, and  develop paths toward greater independence.

 

Known for her compassionate and results-driven approach, Nikki specializes in Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits planning. She has a unique talent for breaking down complex information into easy-to-understand guidance that empowers individuals to make informed decisions about their future. Originally from Massachusetts, Nikki enjoys traveling and scuba diving, and remains passionate about helping others navigate their unique benefits situations with confidence and clarity.
